Interesting Phenomena #117

If you are, perhaps, driving down the highway and chance to look
across at someone in another car, 24 times out of 26 they will
look back at you, even if there is no good cause for them to.
This experiment was conducted by myself and 3 other friends on
a journey to Little Rock. We deduced from the results of the
experiment that people will always look back at you, even if they
are two lanes across from you, turning off the highway, or
even two cars ahead of you at a stop-light, unless they are
talking on a cell phone*** or completely stoned out of their minds
(these account for the only two subjects who did not return
our stares).

***note about cell phones
I have deduced through scientific experimentation and the use
of bendy-straws and crazy glue that the RFI produced by cell
phones interferes with the occurance of this quasi-phsycic
phenomena.
